David Carner

Chief Executive Officer

David Carner is CEO of Informativ, bringing more than 25 years of executive experience with both public and private equity-backed technology organizations.

David is the driving force behind the company’s vision, innovation, and culture.

Prior to Informativ, David was Senior Vice President of MRI Software and responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s global residential PropTech solutions and helped the company successfully integrate more than 20 acquisitions. David also served as the Senior Vice President at First Advantage Corporation, the world’s largest background screening company and spent 18 years at RealPage including as President of the company’s largest division during the company’s successful initial public offering on NASDAQ.

David graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Fun fact: David enjoys mountain biking and has ridden North Texas trails with former President George W. Bush.

Vikram Arora

Chief Financial Officer

Vikram Arora is the CFO of Informativ, bringing more than 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, business planning and analysis in complex technology organizations.

Prior to Informativ, Vikram was Vice President of Finance at Planview Inc. and a division CFO at NCR corporation, leading a $100M+ software and services division.

Vikram has been a key contributor in various strategic M&A initiatives resulting in overall activity of over $2B, successfully transacted private equity exit transaction at 4x MOM multiple and participated in debt financing activities over $1B. He has led business integrations resulting from M&A and implemented substantial information systems deployments.

Vikram holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bombay and Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Fun Fact: Vikram went to culinary school for three months after high school before dropping out. Now, he’s an expert in “making” hard boiled eggs and ramen noodles.

Darin Larsen

Chief Operating Officer

DarinLarsen is the COO of Informativ where he guides the company’s industry leading credit compliance division, customer support, and operations.

Darin brings 40 years of experience focusing on software development, technology, project management, and operations to Informativ
.
Prior to Informativ, Darin spent 18 years building Credit Bureau Connection, which includes a web-based software platform to add value and additional benefit to customers as it relates to the credit report and compliance workflow process.
especially with the additional compliance requirements such as OFAC checking, Red Flag Rules, Risk Based Pricing, ID Verification, Privacy Policies, Adverse Action notices, and others.

Darin started his career as a software programmer and progressed to managing software products and teams of developers, project management and eventually into operations. Darin graduated from Fresno State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business – Quantitative Analysis.

Fun fact: Darin was a guitarist in a rock/top 40 band in high school and college.

Santosh Harnekar

Chief Technology Officer

Santosh Harnekar is the CTO at Informativ, bringing more than 25 years of experience in software engineering, product development, and management.

Santosh leads the technical direction of the company and oversees the development of the company’s products and solutions as well as providing strategic guidance and leadership over innovation.

Prior to Informativ, Santosh held senior leadership positions and played a key role in the development of cutting-edge products and solutions at Entrata, HP, and Pitney Bowes.

Santosh has a strong track record of success in managing large teams, driving innovation, and delivering results, and is passionate about using technology to solve complex business problems.

Santosh has a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.

Fun Fact: Santosh enjoys doing Yoga Pranayama and running Ragnar Races!

Doug Fusco

Founder, Dealer Safeguard Solutions

Doug founded Dealer Safeguard Solutions and continues to drive the innovation and adoption of the one-of-a-kind dealership sales compliance platform.

Doug Fusco founded Dealer Safeguard Solutions and continues to drive the innovation and adoption of the one-of-a-kind dealership sales compliance enforcement platform. Doug has 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, data privacy, source code security, DMS solutions, and was a pioneer in “Software as a Service”.

Doug has been a guest speaker and panelist at several compliance events. Prior to founding DSGSS, he held the position of SVP, Global Field Operations at Ounce Labs, a successful software compliance/security company which was acquired by IBM. He previously held senior leadership positions with Oracle, SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds (UCS), and Ketera Technologies. His unique combination of automotive industry and application security has provided critical insight in establishing Informativ as the market leader in automated compliance enforcement.

Doug graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science.

Fun Fact: Doug is an avid golfer who once drank from the Claret Jug (from the British Open).

Michael Byrd

Senior Vice President of Sales

Michael is the SVP of Sales at Informativ, bringing more than 20 years of experience in SAAS sales, strategic sales management, and cross-selling initiatives.

Prior to Informativ, Michael served as CEO of CreditDriver and ApplicantOne, where he successfully developed a SAAS-based lead generation solution for the automotive industry as well as a customizable SAAS-based Applicant Tracking System that integrates with over 1,000 job boards, social media channels, and job advertising solutions.

Michael also served as the President of 700Credit, where he oversaw the business’s sales, financial, and operational components, and as the COO of ScreeningOne, where he built the company from a start-up to an industry leader in pre-employment background screening and tenant screening. He was also responsible for the successful acquisition and assimilation of eight companies while serving as EVP of the Screening Division at Inhabit. Michael graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science.

FUN FACT: Michael won a high school baseball state title in Florida both as a player and 25 years later as a coach.

Christina Wofford

Senior Vice President of Marketing

Christina Wofford is the SVP of Marketing at Informativ, bringing more than 10 years of experience in SAAS marketing, public relations, event planning, and communications.

Christina is responsible for all demand and lead generation including social, paid, and earned media, content marketing and events as well as internal marketing and communications.

Prior to Informativ, Christina served as SVP of Marketing and Communications at Digital Air Strike.

Christina also had her own boutique PR and Media Relations firm helping small businesses obtain press coverage. Christina began her career as a television news anchor and reporter working in small towns and big cities including Dallas, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona.

Fun Fact: While working on a neighborhood clean-up project with General Motors in Detroit, Christina and her coworkers rescued a neglected and abandoned Pit Bull and drove him across the country to her home in Phoenix, where “Lucky” is now spoiled rotten and living his best life.

Udene Audas

Director of Human Resources

Udene Audas is the Director of HR at Informativ bringing more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations.

Udene is responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, change management, compensation, benefits, compliance, succession planning, and organizational design. Prior to joining Informativ, Udene was the Vice President of Human Resources
at HLT, LLC/LUCID where she managed all people operations for 600+ employees worldwide and built the department from the ground up.

Udene also previously led Sales and Operations teams at Sam’s Club, a Division of Walmart, achieving several national and international records for growth, stability, and profitability. She was also a lead presenter as a lobbyist where she led campaigns in Israel, Asia, and Colombia. Udene has several honors, achievements, and certifications including from the Cornell University Executive HR Leadership program and the Sam Walton Institute. She is a certified counselor, and DiSC and 360 Leader certified. Udene is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Fun Fact: When not working, Udene loves watching her kids play sports and traveling.
