Scott Rosenberg is the CFO of Informativ, bringing more than 30 years of experience driving enterprise value through operational excellence, financial literacy, and business leadership.
Scott has had a diverse CFO career serving both private equity-backed and public companies across many industries and business models.
Prior to Informativ, Scott most recently served as the CFO at A-LIGN, a leading compliance and cybersecurity firm and previously held the same role at Vector Solutions and Kabbage, Inc.
Scott’s career highlights include driving revenue and funding growth, leading M&A processes, process improvement, and championing data analytics for strategic insights. With a background spanning executive positions at companies like Purchasing Power, eBay, and J. Crew (where he was also VP, Marketing), Scott brings a comprehensive leadership perspective as a cross-functional executive. As a result of Scott’s expertise, he is a two-time CFO of the Year award-winner and serves as founding faculty for the PE CFO Xcelerator program targeted at arming PE CFOs with the mindset, tools, and strategies to be successful.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science from Long Island University and his Masters of Business Administration from American University.
Fun Fact: Scott has graduated from civilian police academies in both Atlanta and Tampa Bay and served as Chairman of the Board for Crimestoppers in Atlanta .
