Nick Brignola is the CFO of Informativ, bringing more than 25 years of strategic finance and operational leadership across technology-enabled services.

Nick leads Informativ’s financial strategy and execution to support continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. He has deep expertise in financial planning, accounting, operations, and treasury management throughout complex, growth-oriented businesses.

Prior to joining Informativ, Nick served as Chief Financial Officer at Hallmark Health Care Solutions and at Surgical Notes. He was the SVP of Finance, Enterprise Operations at Cloudmed and held finance leadership roles at Solera, Inc.

Nick earned a B.S. in Business Logistics from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University.

Fun Fact: Nick is a passionate college football fan, plays ice hockey and is an active supporter of the special needs community in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He is in the process of purchasing a home in Italy.
